Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 jalepeno peppers
- 1 cubanelle pepper
- 1 lime's juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
Directions:
- Dice all the vegetables and put into a bowl.
- Squeeze the juice from one lime into the bowl.
- Add the vinegar. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour.
