Salsa

Ingredients:
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 jalepeno peppers
  • 1 cubanelle pepper
  • 1 lime's juice
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions:
  1. Dice all the vegetables and put into a bowl.
  2. Squeeze the juice from one lime into the bowl.
  3. Add the vinegar. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:
1.5 C Brown Sugar, packed
1.5 C Ketchup
1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 C Water
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1.5 tsp Ground Red Pepper
1.5 tsp Salt
1.5 tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until completely mixed.
